What does "Live Intentionally Today" mean?
It means not running on autopilot. It's deciding how you want to show up, and then doing it, today. Not someday, not next Monday. LIT stands for it, and it's printed on everything we make so you see it every day.
What's the difference between living intentionally and just being busy?
Busy is reacting: emails, notifications, whatever's loudest. Intentional is choosing: you decide what matters and give it your time first. You can be busy and intentional, but only if the important things come first.
What are simple ways to live intentionally every day?
Start small:
- Decide your one priority for the day before you open your phone.
- Move your body, even for ten minutes.
- Eat one meal you're proud of.
- Get outside for a few minutes of daylight and air.
- End the day by asking: did I live today on purpose?
How does training fit into intentional living?
Training is practice for everything else. You decide to do something hard, and you do it. That habit, choose and follow through, spills into how you work, how you eat and how you treat people.
What if you miss a day?
Then make tomorrow intentional. It isn't a streak to protect. It's a choice to make again, every morning. That's the whole point of "today".
