Orders placed before 13:00 EDT on a business day leave the same day. After that, the next business day. During a drop the queue can add 24 hours, and we say so on the drop page rather than quietly missing the estimate.

We ship to US addresses only for now. International delivery comes once customs is set up.

Drop: Leaves within two business days of the drop opening.

Returns and exchanges

Thirty days from delivery, free, unworn with tags attached. That applies to drop pieces exactly as it applies to the permanent collection — a limited run is not a reason to make returns harder.

Exchanges ship first

If you need a different size, we send the replacement as soon as the exchange is approved rather than waiting for the original to arrive back. You are not without the garment and out of pocket at the same time.

Start a return

What we cannot accept

Anything worn, washed, or with tags removed.
Anything altered, including hemmed trousers — the Constant Wide Pant ships unfinished for exactly this reason, so hem it only once you are sure.
Headwear where the inner band shows wear.
Returns started more than 30 days after delivery.

Final sale

Nothing in the current or permanent collection is final sale. Archive pieces are not purchasable at all, so the question does not arise.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within two business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Your bank typically takes a further three to five days to post it.

Faults

A manufacturing fault is covered for twelve months regardless of wear. Send a photograph and we will repair, replace or refund. Fading on a garment-dyed piece is not a fault — it is described on the product page and is the reason to buy it.

Accessibility: This site targets WCAG 2.2 AA. Every control is keyboard reachable, motion respects your system reduced-motion setting, and all product media carries descriptive alt text. If something here fails you, tell us and we will fix it — that is a bug, not a feature request.
Privacy: Saved items and your size profile live on your device until you sign in. Community counts on product pages are anonymous, rounded, and only shown above a threshold — we never expose who saved or bought what.
Terms: Prices in USD. We reserve the right to limit quantities during a drop to keep a run reaching people rather than resellers.
