The short answer: LIT Crew is an online training and nutrition membership from LIT Apparel. Members get week-by-week training programs, a filmed form library, meal prep recipes with the macros worked out, training partners and a weekly open forum on Discord with our owner and trainer, Kory. Crew and Crew Training start with a 3-day free trial, and you can cancel any time from your account.
Why a clothing brand runs a training membership
LIT stands for Live Intentionally Today, and for most of the people who wear our clothes, the most intentional hour of the day happens in a gym. Making the clothes was the start. LIT Crew is the rest of it: the plan, the food and the people, from the same team that makes the gear.
The five parts of LIT Crew
1. Programs
Week-by-week training with a session for every training day. Kory's programs come in Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels across five styles: Full Body, Bro Split, Upper / Lower, Fat Burner Circuit and Strength. Every program lists its equipment before you start. Foundation, the first one, needs a pair of dumbbells and a bench or a sturdy chair, and runs three sessions a week of about forty minutes.
2. Form library
Every movement filmed, with the cues that make it work, from the goblet squat to the deadlift. Most moves come with an easier and a harder version, so the same session works for a first-timer and someone with years in the gym.
3. Kitchen
Meal prep recipes with the macros worked out: high-protein breakfasts, batch-cook lunches, and lighter versions of takeaway favourites. New recipes land midweek.
4. Training partners
Find people training toward the same thing and keep each other honest. Accountability is the habit that makes the other habits stick.
5. The forum
An open hour on Discord with Kory, every Thursday at the same time. Bring a question about training, food or the clothes. Notes from each forum go up afterwards for anyone who missed it.
The three plans
Each plan includes everything in the one before it:
- Crew: the form library, the kitchen, the forum and training partners.
- Crew Training: adds the full programs.
- Crew Coached: adds one-to-one time with Kory and a plan written around what you are training for. Spots are limited so each member gets real attention, and you talk before anything is charged.
Current prices are on the join page. Plans renew monthly until you cancel; cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access to the end of the month you paid for.
Who is LIT Crew for?
- Beginners who have never followed a program and want to know exactly what to do on Monday.
- Regular gym-goers who have plateaued doing the same routine and want structure.
- Home trainers with a pair of dumbbells and not much else.
- People who cook, or want to, and are tired of guessing macros.
In Kory's words: "A plan you keep three days a week beats a perfect one you drop in a month." The programs are built around the week you actually have.
How to start
- Pick a plan on the join page. Crew and Crew Training start with a 3-day free trial for a first membership.
- Use the same account as the shop: your orders, saved pieces and LIT Crew live in one place.
- Choose a program, check the equipment list, and do your first session this week.
Want a fixed start date and a small group to go through it with? That is LIT Crew Camp, our three-month program, covered in its own article.
LIT Crew is training and food guidance, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting if you have an injury or a condition, and stop any movement that hurts.
