Protein in a bottle for days without a kitchen: the gym bag, the commute, the long shift.

Ready-to-drink shakes are protein already mixed in a bottle or carton: usually milk protein, sometimes plant protein, with flavour and sometimes sugar.
They cost more than powder for the same protein. What they buy is no mixing, no shaker and no washing up, which matters on days without a kitchen.
A glass of milk, a pot of Greek yoghurt or a skyr drink do a similar job.
The protein is the same. You are paying for convenience.
Sealed shakes are usually shelf stable; once open, keep them in the fridge and finish them soon.
