The forum is an open hour with Kory and the rest of Lit Crew. These are the rules for taking part, on Discord and anywhere else members meet through it.
Respect everyone in the room
- Treat every member, guest and the Lit Apparel team with respect, whatever their age, size, background, level or goals.
- No harassment, threats, slurs or hate of any kind, and no comments about other people’s bodies.
- Disagree about training or food if you like; keep it about the idea, never the person.
Keep the hour useful
- The forum is for training, food, recovery and the clothes. Keep questions on those, so everyone gets a turn.
- One question at a time, and let others finish. If the queue is long, the team may move on and pick yours up in the notes.
Guidance, not medical advice
- Answers in the forum are general training and food guidance, not medical advice. For an injury, pain or a health condition, see a doctor or a qualified professional.
- Do not give other members medical advice, or push supplements, extreme diets or performance-enhancing drugs.
Protect each other’s privacy
- Do not record, screenshot or share other members’ names, faces, voices or messages outside Lit Crew without their permission.
- Lit Apparel may record the forum and post the recording and a transcript for members. If you would rather not appear, keep your camera and microphone off and ask in the chat.
- Never post anyone’s personal details: addresses, phone numbers, workplaces or where they train.
No selling, no spam
- No advertising, affiliate links, coaching offers or sales pitches, in the forum or in messages to members you met there.
Keep it safe
- No explicit, violent or illegal content.
- Meeting a member to train? Meet somewhere public the first time and tell someone where you are going.
If something is wrong
- Tell the team: message a moderator during the forum, or use the contact page any time.
- The team may remove messages, mute or remove anyone from the forum. Serious or repeated breaches can end a Lit Crew membership.
Draft wording, to be reviewed by the Lit Apparel team.
