LIT Apparel started with more than 30 years of training and three words. Here’s how they became a brand, a range of clothing and a store.

Chapter 1 · The inspiration
It started in the gym
I’ve spent more than 30 years in fitness, training and discipline, working to become a better version of myself. I’ve seen how much a life can change when someone starts believing in themselves and decides to keep moving forward.
Fitness was never just about muscle or looking a certain way. It’s about confidence, mental strength, finding purpose, and showing up on the days you don’t feel like it. That’s where LIT comes from.

Chapter 2 · The brand
Live Intentionally Today
Those three words aren’t a slogan. They’re a reminder that tomorrow isn’t promised, time is valuable, and the small decisions we make every day set the direction of our lives.
The vision was never a logo on clothing, so some pieces say it out loud: Fight Depression, Beat Anxiety, Find Peace and Discipline.

Made by us, every piece
Gym wear, heavyweight tees, hoodies and matching sets, hats and bags. LIT makes every one of them in-house, with no outside suppliers.
Tanks cut for pressing days, shorts that move with every rep, sets cut to wear together, and Live Intentionally Today on all of it.

Chapter 4 · The website
A home of our own
On October 31, 2026, lit-apparel.com became the LIT Apparel store. The In the Pink drop opened the next day.
It’s more than a shop. There’s the Journal, LIT Crew training, the LIT Drop Club, gift cards, and LIT Insider, the place you’re reading this.
