Built on Belief. Forged in Passion. Made with Purpose.
LIT Apparel is a clothing brand built on three words: Live Intentionally Today. Gym wear and everyday clothes with a reminder printed on them, and a crew of people who keep showing up for themselves.
LIT was started by Kory Riling. Kory has lived with depression, anxiety and ADHD, and still does. He knows the mornings when everything in you wants to stay down, and what it takes to get up anyway.
The gym became his outlet. It didn’t fix everything, but it taught him to keep showing up: one session, one day at a time. That habit is where the name comes from.
Live Intentionally Today means deciding instead of drifting. Not being perfect, or intense all the time. Just making today’s choices on purpose: how you train, what you eat, who you spend your time with.
Kory put this dream off for years. LIT is him finally taking that chance. “This isn’t just about logos on shirts,” he says. “It’s about giving people something to stand on when life feels heavy.”
That’s why LIT is more than clothing. LIT Crew brings workouts, nutrition, recipes and one-on-one coaching to anyone who wants a place to start. You don’t need a perfect body or a perfect life. You just need to start somewhere.
Nobody’s better than anybody else. We’re all carrying something. If what we share helps even one person push through depression, anxiety or self-doubt, then it matters.
Keep showing up. Keep fighting. Never give up. And if you’re struggling right now, you’re not alone: call or text 988 (US) to talk to someone, any time.
